This Know Your Rights Event is the fourth of a monthly educational series for mobile home residents hosted virtually by CPLP. The series will focus on education about Colorado’s mobile home laws and raising awareness of resources for legal advocacy. This month, we discuss what statutory requirements the Mobile Home Park Act placed on the Sale of a Mobile Home Unit and the Sale of a Mobile Home Park.
