Just Housing Initiative Eviction can equate to a sentence of homelessness. Many individuals may experience eviction, despite having a meritorious defense because they simply do not know their rights. It does not have to be that way. CPLP's Just Housing Initiative connects individuals facing eviction with pro bono volunteer attorneys who provide people facing eviction legal assistance.
